PHOENIX-E engineers and manufactures products and materials providing solutions for improving the workplace, protecting personnel and isolating communities from noise and other hazards associated with manufacturing, processing, and other site related activities.
For noise mitigation, equipment and materials have been engineered, each tested and rated by an independent acoustical laboratory.
Buildings, rooms, enclosures and noise barriers are engineered and factory fabricated to match a customer’s often unique requirements in accordance with local and national regulations, building codes and company internal guidelines. Noise, temperature, contaminant and humidity controls are integrated to suit the use of the space such as processing or production environments, test facilities, control rooms, and hazardous occupancies.
Ventilation and electrical systems meeting building code requirements are selected and integrated into the design with structural requirements finalized by registered structural or civil engineers. Drawings are prepared in Autocad format for both customer approval and for installation. Installation is available when needed.
Standard designs configured to meet customer needs are utilized for many applications. Specialized equipment and materials are engineered and fabricated as required.
